Our products are used in under the hood, interior and exterior applications, for parts such as headlight seals, cowls, sealing profiles, levers, door handles, mirror seals, air conditioning, air ducts, dust covers, cowl tops, spoilers, trim, plugs, through-holes, cup holders, linings, among others. Its applications range from components that require high chemical and temperature resistance, to sophisticated finishes.

Civil construction is one of the most important segments of the Brazilian economy, and FCC has several products that are used in this market. Our products are applied in everything from small repairs, with butyl sealants, and gluing plumbing, with PVC adhesive, to complex engineering works, such as the construction of walls with the innovative Massa DunDun, or waterproofing slabs and floors, with elastomeric coatings.

Specialists in sealing agro-industrial silos, we are suppliers of butyl seals to the main national silo producers. The use of FCC caulking compound in the construction of the structure guarantees the conservation of the grain, by isolating it from humidity and dust. We also produce blanket kits, for silo repairs, and elastomeric coatings, which can be used with the aim of increasing the asset's useful life.
The sealing and grip characteristics, combined with the ease of processing, make TPEs the best candidates for countless applications in household appliances. For this reason, they are already part of our lives and have established themselves as a great option to replace rubbers. Used in plastic jars, electric appliance buttons, tool handles, thermos bottles, among others, FCC's TPEs are versatile materials that can be processed in colors, besides being 100% recyclable.

With years of experience, we have specialized in the production of advanced polymeric coating technologies. The portfolio includes pure, aromatic, aliphatic and fast curing polyureas, polyurethanes and hybrid formulations, metalceramic polymers and primers. FCC's unique chemical formulations are designed to create products that have resistance to abrasion, chemical attack, and exposure to ultraviolet radiation. They also offer protection against all types of impact, and the coating thickness can be adjusted as needed.
Polyurea is a very high performance coating that has adherence to the most diverse substrates. FCC has numerous successful cases throughout Brazil and in various segments such as mining, oil and gas, and sanitation. The polyurea, polyurethane and hybrid elastomers are available in different formulations, with chemical-physical properties and durability suited to the specific requirements of each project and application.
For over a decade, our technology has brought sustainability and innovation to the construction site, and has helped to build over 20 millionm2 of construction. Massa DunDun is the evolution of common mortar: it generates economy, practicality and safety in the work, is easy to store and transport, generates less waste and increases the speed of the work up to 3 times. In addition, it provides mechanical performance and durability unparalleled in the market, because it uses nanoparticles organized in structures that ensure optimum distribution of its polymeric compounds.
Sealants are used to seal a surface, to prevent the passage of liquid or vapor, reducing production losses. We specialize in the production of butyl-based sealants, products that have excellent flexibility and elasticity, and are very cost-effective. We produce a wide range of caulking compounds, commonly used in sealing silos and other civil construction applications, and butyl sealing rings for toilet bowls.
Thermoplastic elastomers are polymer-based compounds that, when heated to their molten state, can be molded and turned into various parts and products. They are almost as flexible and elastic as traditional rubber, but with much greater versatility in relation to their processing, resulting in endless applications. With knowledge acquired in more than 30 years, we have developed a wide range of products, meeting the most rigorous quality controls.
With more than 40 years of experience in manufacturing adhesives, we have developed technical knowledge and became specialists. We have a wide portfolio of glues and adhesives for use in several substrates, customizing the product according to your application. We produce several formulations in liquid, solid, or grain format, for the footwear, furniture, civil construction, and automotive industries, among many others.
