Municipal Stadium of Macaé/RJ

FCC was responsible for supplying the coating used on the concrete stands of the Macaé Municipal Stadium in Rio de Janeiro. The project presented the challenge of correcting a badly worn surface with several depressions, as well as the need for an effective solution for the treatment of expansion joints. For this project, we used the high-performance coating Polyurea ST - EPHS System, covering a total area of 10,600 m². The application of the material ensured durability and resistance, providing protection and safety to the structure. With a specialized team and well-planned processes, the project was completed in 100 days, meeting the established deadlines and exceeding the client's expectations.

Helipad São Camilo Hospital/SP

The helipad at São Camilo Hospital in São Paulo underwent a necessary revitalization due to flaws in the original coating, as well as cracks and fissures that were spreading through the concrete. FCC was responsible for providing the ideal solution for this project, using Polyurea ST - EPHS System. The total area of 690 m² required careful treatment to correct the structural damage, guaranteeing the safety and durability of the helipad. In addition, the work included the application of a specific finish and demarcation paint, in strict compliance with ANAC requirements. The entire process was completed in 30 days, on schedule, reinforcing the commitment to excellence and compliance with aviation regulations.

Waterproofing the Artificial Beach of the Aquatic Park - Gramado/RS

FCC supplied the material used in the waterproofing and finishing project for the artificial beach at the Aquatic Park in Gramado/RS, developed for the end client Gramado Parks. The new cementitious substrate required a highly resistant and durable solution, with fast and effective application. The Polyurea ST coating was chosen to cover the 1,100 m² area in a single layer, meeting the project's short-term requirements. The main challenge was to ensure that the waterproofing was carried out efficiently and with a long-lasting finish in just 7 days. Thanks to the quality of the product supplied by FCC, the project was successfully completed, guaranteeing the necessary protection for the structure and customer satisfaction.

Waterproofing the Elevated Parking Lot Floor - Club de Campo Supermarket, Diadema/SP

FCC supplied Polyurea ST for the waterproofing and finishing project for the elevated parking garage floor at the Club de Campo supermarket in Diadema/SP. The newly-built cementitious substrate required a coating that guaranteed protection and resistance in a challenging environment. The project covered an area of 3,200 m² and lasted a total of 45 days. Among the challenges faced were strong wind currents and the proximity of other buildings, as well as the need to carry out the work without interrupting the supermarket's operations. The choice of FCC Polyurea guaranteed an effective and durable application, even under adverse conditions, ensuring that the parking lot floor was adequately protected and maintaining the functionality of the site during the process.
